It's a lever. So you can adjust the monitor to be whatever height you want. And you can even pull it like really close to your face for some reason if you wanted to. It's stretchy. You can pull it up really fucking high. Unlike some large monitors. The better you get the ergonomics on your desk, especially if you play video games with your desk.
