The Flight Engineer's Actions May Have Confused the Captain
Investigators criticized the captain, saying that during the plane's descent in its emergency landing, he appeared to devote his entire attention to flying the aircraft. Investigators also determined there was little or no pressurization differential between the cabin and the ambient pressure outside of the plane at the time of touchdown. If they had done maximum breaking, they would have had an extra almost two and a half minutes. The sola stove is absolutely awesome.
