What Are the Things We Care About as a Family?

i used to be a girl scout leader, and the first thing that we did as a troop was trying to identify what is the girl scout values. And so that's where you start, like just having the language and the examples. What does it mean to express kindness as a family and to others? Fate you first start with your family and for each other, and then for others. I think my kids are a little older than yours, and i'm wondering about the discussion around values when kids are smaller.
