Roxanne Jones: What advice would you give to somebody that's just starting on real estate and wants to get that first deal? Jones: You can't let yourself open up to too many boxes. At least starting out for a year, right? Get five to 10 deals just doing that one strategy. And then after 90 days, if you decide, hey, I don't have cold calling, I'm not getting great results from it,. I want to explore this other strategy that we've had in the past.Jones: For us, yeah, build your brand to really recognize and make STR nation, not just a LLC but actually something that means something to people.
