How to Make Non-Alcoholic Beer

The most common approach to making non alcoholic beer these days is pairing, you know, a smaller grain bill naturally with some form of mash temperature adjustment that's way outside of what we consider typical. You can also dilute back, which is another way you can make an alcoholic beer and then just add a crap load of water to it. Those are kind of like what I would consider like ingredient pieces, but then there's process pieces like arrested fermentation.
