I think one of the things that James Clear really mentioned is, you know, identity based habits. One of the ways to stick to our goals and to be able to actually improve is to align them with our identity. And I think this is what we see in organizations, right? This is where like, if it's about, hey, I'm the athlete and therefore I exercise every day,. You build up a whole set of identity based habits that you want to have and you align with your identity.
