The Benefits of Bullet Journaling
I love that your book has so many pictures in it, right? Maybe it's the kid in me. It really is beautifully designed in that since bullet journaling is an analog, you're actually writing without journal throughout the entire book. I agree 100%. And it's almost like meditation. In our brain does work a different way when we're actually writing letters out, words out, versus just point tapping with our finger on a screen. Yeah. Also Writing by hand takes longer, which people are going to do like, I don't like that. But when it takes longer, it forces you to use a different vocabulary for us as you want to clarify things.
