The Importance of Privacy
I agree that there should be controls or what kind of data is collected. That's a strategy to minimize bad use it's not because the possession of that data itself constitutes a violation of privacy at least that's the line that I'm sort of trying on so to speak. But above a new particle concerns here's an analogy try to change your mind. The idea is that there's some good that we only have in relevant possible world and privacy is similar to security in that set. So what you're saying is when it comes to the right to security what matters is if you get hurt or shot. You might see how that might be problematic.
