Harry markewit was a mentor to bil sharp. Bill sharp was actually the guy that can have built on harry markwits work, simplified it and turned it into suve. Jean farmer had a teacher at the university of chicago called benoir mandelbrot who was this really eclectic, nomadic french american mathematician. And jean farmer built that into the efficient markets theory. So all these things coming together, all these intellectual stepping stones took us to the promised land as it were.
