I think i was getting into this situation where i felt like i had to say yes to everything, and it was really hard to plan out the time. So rather than have to say no to people straight up, i can just give people a bit more of an expectation about when i'll next be able to start a project. It gives me a little bit of breathing room as well. Ii get 50 % up ron and then the remaining 50% delivery at the end of the project. That's usually about six to eight weeks or something.
