The Importance of Contribution
I think this is something people get very anxious about then it kind of is originality my contribution to knowledge what does that mean. There will be criteria that we written down on the examiners report form which if you've never seen it go and find it now. The key one as you say them is quite like with contribution now, sometimes I think well you must use the word or whatever version of that word is in your universities criteria for the doctoral award. You have to link your assertion of contribution to previous work it's not a literature review so all these are literatures all about you but you link it to previous work in a specific way.
