I think anyone who's gone through any kind of mental disability or mental health issue and it's like, you know, on a path of finding reclaiming peace inside of themselves. And if we can just like soften a little bit and really feel that softening in the yoga, right, in our bodies. It simulates this feeling of being in water and it relaxes us. We forget all of that when we become adults. You know, Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Like treat yourself like a baby. Why don't we treat ourselves that way? I hope.
