The Risk Management of a High Risk AI System
Risk management shall consist of a continuous iterative process run throughout the entire lifecycle of a high risk AI system requiring regular systematic updating. A lawyer can't answer what the known and foreseeable risks of any given AI system might be because I don't know anything about the AI system. The two questions coming out of this who is the right person to do this right and where is the interplay between the legal and the AI slash data science slash computer science contribution to this?
