Chelsea's Decision to Bring in Frank Stilieni as Interim Manager Is a Negative for Spurs

I can't be critical of the decision to bring Frank in as a principal just to sort of feel like hold the reins to the end of the season but now with way in which it's going it's looking messy. It's like every decision the owners make is a wrong one at the moment and Frank's just part of that if you like overall decision-making process. There seems to be a lot of surprise around at the moment that the phrase I keep hearing is he hasn't changed anything. He was brought up under content having been part of that system didn't you know what you were getting when you appointed him as interim manager yeah.
