As soon as my body began to calm down from being alarmed, the things I'd have to deal with didn't seem to be a problem anymore. It's an unfortunate part of the human experience is that we paralyzed the very part of our brain that we need the most at the time we need it the most. You really don't know your potential for healing until you connect with yourself.
