Do You Know How to Calm Your Pace?

Use lap pace, not instant pace and make sure you're using it with a little bit of space for it to register an average that's actually going to be reasonably accurate. And then the third thing is I want you to always, always look at the data and calibrate afterwards. What were your interval, paces relative to what you were supposed to run? How did they feel? So give yourself that learning opportunity afterwards by calibrating the data that you see on your watch with how you felt during that run.
