Alex Castellanos: The half-nium hacking campaign, which was a brazen hack everything type campaign to get into everyone's systems, is on a different scale from the SolarWinds compromise campaign. He says you'll see more action from the US government to respond to the half- nium campaign in addition to this law enforcement operation along the lines that you saw to the Solarwinds campaign. "I'm quite confident that most of the victims who were affected by that campaign won't take too much comfort in knowing that the Russians disabled their access at some point," he adds.
