Is the Book Helping You Understand Bureaucracies?

David Mannheim: I updated really significantly about where the problems were and what types of things you need to think about to understand them better. There are some tools in there that really do help you like, oh, this is this is why this is hard or this is the types of things that people have tried that don't work or that do work. If you want to understand bureaucracies, it's really highly recommended. It won't help you get the phone company to transfer your number faster but will help you understand why it is that it's so hard.
