The Selection Process at a Residential College

Meg, Maddie and Gemma are students at Oxford College. They have to sit three-hour exams in order to get into the residential college. After an interview with 50 people, they're chosen for seven years of research. Meg: "They ask a bunch of these like very abstract, intellectual questions" 'I think they're questions that really kind of underpin the world,' says Gemma.'We got really good on them', adds Amy - who is just an add-on this time.
