"I see so many people struggling with the emotional energy even on like a physical level not just in their lives or in relationships," she said. "We need to get a little more understanding on this emotional energy I really am a big proponent obviously a lot of my work is psychological" She added that as an American society we need to heal our past trauma doesn't mean we can't just destroy statues and erase the past but have to come to terms with it, too.
