I just think that there's some conflation and reductionist thinking. Communities in the low carb communities say, well, we can look at many studies that compare fructose to sucrose to glucose and see differences in the novel,. likeogenesis and humans. So therefore, people say everything with fructose is bad. And I think whoa, whoa, not so fast, like high fructose corn syrup is probably not the same as a papaya. It's just probably not. Like there's things in the papaya or things in honey, nitric oxide and intermediates that affect the way our body processes this. To conflate those, I think is dangerous and evolutionarily inconsistent.
