Do You Want to Be a Boss That People Want to Work For?
A lot of managers might like the idea of hiring people who are at the low end of the learning curve. But when you let that person jump to a new learning curve, you're going to reignite their curiosity. They will then become more productive for the organization generally and perhaps your as an individual. When you let people learn and you let them leap and then you let them repeat, you become a boss that people want to work for.
