Stephen Jones is the director of Salt Company, a church based college ministry at Cedar Falls in Iowa. He's been married to Natalie for seven years and they have three kids and they're expecting their fourth in three weeks. Stephen is one of the most teachable and strategic young leaders that I know of in the nation. And he has years of ministry experience, but he is fired up.
