When you started writing this book four years ago the lay of the land was different right so this was it was still i think uh like controversial that's a power posing might not be replicated. In the interim time as you've been writing have you at least seen the field changing like have you seen us as psychologists improvingYeah i mean yes i have and i i think the field is performing itself particularly social psychology which had the most reforming to do my sense of like in terms of the emails i get from readers who who aren't psychologists i think a lot of people still don't understand how shaky some ideas are.
