The Importance of Knowing Your Biochemical Age
Biological age is important because it gives you an index of how well you're proceeding in your health trajectory with regard to the aging and with regard to scientific wellness. So i think its greatest value is it gives the individual a sense that they're really making progress in improving wellness and diminishing aging. It's just such an easy measure for people to have their heads wrapped around so if you tell an average person like your hemoglobin a1c is 6.5 percent okay now those of us on the call will know that oh five point higher than five point nine percent is bad.
