Can I Swap Out One of My Arcane Arrows?

There's a spell called stinking cloud. If you watch the series Hawkeye again, you can get more trick arrows. There's this a Wambo combo D&D thing that bards can learn where basically you could turn Blaine into a cloud of gas put him in a bottle. And if you guys sneak into somewhere, you just throw the bottle like a smoke screen and suddenly boom, there's a fighter.
