Is There a Limitation of Life-Sustaining Treatments?

I don't think this is any change from the neurocritical care community. But I know people in the general ED and critical care are still effing this up. Does any patient who is not seizing or has signs of subclinical seizure on EEG need anti-seizure prophylaxis? This we're not talking about subaracts. We're talking purely spontaneous ICH. And based on the guidelines also, it looks like no, so less is more.
