The Definition of a Good Cow

I think the only way to get good cows is you either have to grow em yourself, or you got to buy the ranch they're standing on. I don't care if she raises a 400 pound calf or an 800 pound calf. A if if you can run that cow in your management scheme and your revenue offset your expenses, probably a good cow. And, you know, some people can raise the best cows in the world. Some people can buy a cow and make her work a very diverse business.
