Science is used as a marketing tool. How many of the drugs that were approved through the fda and other organizations for your use had to get taken off the market after killing thousands? For every reported case, there's at least three and up to ten unreported cases. Every time a doctor reports a case of death by a surgical blunder or drug malprescription, their malpractice insurance can go up 20 to forty thousand bucks a year. But they do a great job of suppressing all that information.
