Roxanne Jones was managing director of the Rockefeller Foundation for nine years. She worked on a variety of issues, transportation reform, housing and community development in New Orleans. "I wanted to experience a different environment to work in," she says. The organization's budget is now around 75 million dollars; it has about 280 staff.
