The Debt Partner on a Flip

I have a client that I've worked with a few times before. He was looking to do a flip and ended up finding a property off market, but he did not have all the funds to purchase the property. So I agreed to partner up with him and act as a debt partner. But this property was purchased for 225. He spent about 85,000 in rehab. And we ended up getting a sold for 410. Okay, and what was the profit on that 410? So it was 225 is what he purchased property for. And then he spent about 85 on rehab and it sold for 410 - $410 per square foot.
