Today we are talking about triggers, which is a hot button word, isn't it? I never heard of this word until a couple of years ago. We're talking about how parents and teens can say things to each other that they know intentionally They do this to get under your skin. Yes. Get you fired up about something to get you to respond and flash about something. The more intelligent and more relationally savvy your teenager is the more you might struggle with this in your house. Am I right?
