The Resilience of Labour Markets

Most people at the moment are focusing on the structural shift, which is that we've got an increase in remote working. But we're also at a cyclical downturn as well and I think people are reading too much cyclical into the structural downshift. So I do think as the economy transitions and we get into the next growth cycle and as the labour market rebalances, then I do think that we will see an upswing in the office sector for the last 40 years.
