The Importance of Listening to the Podcast

I've had my typhoid injection, a nice doctor stuck a needle into my arm. I have actually listened back to some of the recording that I've done today. The sound quality is not very good and it's too noisy around. This whole episode might be thrown into the trash bin because it's just not clear enough.
