Upright Running - How Much Expansion Do You Have With You When You Sprint?

The majority of an upright sprint step is more expanded. It is more of a supenating event than it is pronating. There is no magic amount ofo tallness or squatt in that side view that is made up. The adaptations are more in the realm of just general strength. So, you know, from a general ok, i'm getting a little bit more externally rotated. Maybe i'm really giving some more room for external tibul rotation to helper set up a better ground strike. I've been looking at that moran. And as well as the exexpandans compression ideals, i believe it's helped me to see where this all sits in an overall sense
