Develop Your Voice

A lot of times when we think about voice We use this phrase find your voice. And so I any place in the book where I was tempted to use the phrase finding your voice I scrub that and I use the phrase develop your voice instead because if you talk to Resident leaders resident artists resonant people who are creating writing designing whatever it is They're doing they are people who have been on this journey of developing a unique voice over the course of many years You know, there are always unicorns. But but the reality is most of us have to work for what we haveWe have to develop what we have over time. There's a very specific way that we can go about doing that.
