So in other words, if you came and talked to me about something that Andy, my husband, had been done wrong, I would say, why don't you talk to Andy about that? She says a shared understanding is a useful way to prevent and resolve conflict. "I feel like we're going down a very interesting path, though, with Jason talking out to you about something Andy did," she adds.
