Every job or field of work has its own language, with its own jargon. We need to be careful when we talk with people who don't work in our field to either avoid or explain this jargon. AUM stands for Assets Under Management; it's basically the grand total of all our clients' assets. In terms of performance, we've ranked in the top five nationally for the past ten years.
