I Think I Want to Get Closer to the People in Tech

I want to get closer to the people aspect of things in tech. I think concretely that translates into hopefully becoming an engineering manager at some point um and then I want to you know get back to to mentorship of like more junior developers or maybe back to conference conference talks. Just trying to find the energy for stuff outside of work sometimes can be a challenge so yeah I don't know I feel like it's pretty obvious to me what to do in in my job title and job role progression but outside of that I feel like there's I want to give back in some way  and I just haven't really identified an opportunity to do so yet.
