LZ Granderson: This is part of an orchestrated concerted scheme, not just to take over the courts, as you said, but to then use the courts to achieve certain pro-business, anti-union, you know, anti-democracy ants. LZ: We helped document how Leonard Leo was involved in Amicus briefs and basically helping to direct money to support Amicus briefs for really important landmark cases where precedents were reversed. He says some of the very same groups that help push these controversial judges onto the court turn around and file briefs asking those judges to rule in favor. And so it's "extraordinary troubling," he adds.
