Many of these arguments are obviously presented in the name of helping the people that they claim to be regulating, right? Right? And not always totally wrong when you say, hey, when we go to put these parking regulations in place, it's coin to help people who want to be able to park. Howevr at what frit? What freak and cost? You're going in and eliminating a few hundred dollars of inconvenience for existing residence at the cost of raising,. o raising new housing by a hundred thousand dollars a unit. We got to say, well, gs, there's something to be said for it, but very little compared to all the harm you're doing.
