How to Process Negative Thoughts
If you are looking for something to process I would ask what are any recurring loops or conflicts that you have in your life. The first one is any obsession and worry. When you're really worried it's really it can be a relief just to brain dump all the irrational feelings. If you see a pattern of kind of a dead end you keep hitting that would be something you can start to ideate around. What is this self that keeps ending up in this feeling need need me to hear? That's just a starting point. Alright with that here are three different I would call them struggles. Topical struggles for you to process in your journal.
