Is It Just New Labour?

All three parties, in some sense, i think, i'm responsible. All the evidence from political sociology and plitical behaviour shows that it's precisely under conditions of consensus when mass opinion change s most likely to take place. The labour party are the party that set up much of the welfare state. They re the party of the working poor, in henst in the public's mind. And so when labor says there's something really wrong with the system and it needs to change, no totyo more influential than the conservatives saying it,. because people cannot expect the conservatives to say that.
