What's the Worst Community You've Ever Been a Part Of?

If you were to condense all your life lessons into one twitter size piece of advice for the world, what would that be? I mean, i think it's listen to people. That has been my super power in my career and something i wish i was better doing in my personal life. But listening to people will get you really far. And we spend way too much of our time thinking about ourselves and not listening to others.
