The Importance of Rhythms in Family Teams

We got introduced to the idea of rhythms through when you launched the current version of family teams. And we had our second baby. He was, I don't know, maybe three months older. So and Chris was working a job where he was flying to Dallas one week a month. It's hard to create a rhythm like that when we are getting him ready to leave. We ended up actually having to take a 60% pay cut because it was so valuable for us.
