What Does Content Have to Do With Customer Growth?

I think there's a lot of additional value that's not counted for when it comes to churn and retention. We did nothing of, like, contentless job was just to get a new customer; we knew our customers were engaging with their content. One of the major measures of success for those events was do they expand their spend in the six months following their attendance? And they were huge. I mean, people bought into the brand, bought into the philosophy at Intercom. It wasn't like a standard sort of mini conference. The more successful your users become, the more successfulyour expansion motion works within the company.
