OKRs - What Are the Journey Points?

It's messy setting OKRs and in part, it's messy because in the beginning, we don't all speak that language, right? And for leaders thinking about key results is easy for teams that are used to like thinking about to-dos, tard. So they have to like stretch in a new way. agreeing on what we are going to focus on often means finding out what we are not going tofocus on, right? That's its value, but that's actually a meaty conversation as opposed to a quickie conversation. Exactly.
