Is Xi Jinping Really Committed to the First of Zhong's Representatives?

In 2014, 2015 and 2016 China's economy slowed dramatically. Whether Xi Jinping could tell right away that the China's economic transformation was coming to an end remains to be seen we probably never know for sure. The work that Deng Xiaoping had started has been finished and completed, or near enough completed, says John Defterios. But he doesn't seem to believe that China is ready for its political transformation because the other parts of the equation haven't yet been fulfilled, even though he's talking about it.
