I think that there was, it was a gambit on behalf of Alabama to see if they could try their hand at this particular Supreme Court. I know we've seen that in other cases in recent years. But ultimately, when it comes to the actual opinion handed down in this case, it's not very remarkable at all. All it says is legal precedent, starry decisis, Congress's text means what it says.
