In an age of distraction, one distraction can just sort of sap people's energy in a way that they're probably not thinking about because it's slowly draining their time. I think energy comes in two forms: stress or excitement. The other one is sort of a psychic energy, which is, I'm fucking excited. And so I get out of bed. Like people often will ask me, you know, how I'm able, because I sleep probably on an average six hours a night roughly and I've sustained that for years. So what is it that gets me out of bed? One of two things.
